Prices
Our prices are dynamic and depend on the season and current demand.
The tourist tax of €1.00 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is not included.
Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle service to and from the airport can be booked upon request. Contact us for more information and to arrange your transfer.
Pets
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling a reservation is never pleasant—first and foremost, for you, of course, but also for us. For your safety, we recommend purchasing travel insurance (which also covers accidents, illnesses, or death). This coverage can be requested at the time of booking. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code; however, we offer the following cancellation conditions:
• In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, only the confirmation deposit will be retained and can be used for your next stay.
• Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price, net of the confirmation deposit.
• Cancellation from 14 days before the arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 80% of the total agreed price, net of the confirmation deposit.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the agreed daily rate for each unused day. Notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) The reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit. The deposit will be refunded in the form of a voucher, valid for your next stay. In all other cases, the general cancellation conditions apply.
