Cancelling a reservation is never pleasant\u2014first and foremost, for you, of course, but also for us.<\/span><\/span> For your safety, we recommend purchasing travel insurance (which also covers accidents, illnesses, or death).<\/span><\/span> This coverage can be requested at the time of booking.<\/span><\/span> There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code; however, we offer the following cancellation conditions: <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, only the confirmation deposit will be retained and can be used for your next stay.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price, net of the confirmation deposit.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Cancellation from 14 days before the arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 80% of the total agreed price, net of the confirmation deposit.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>
